An overview of the past year to look at the future with greater awareness.

On Friday, in the space of Theatro, there was the annual meeting between all the partner companies of the Network.
During the meeting, the strategy was the protagonist, giving life to innovative ideas and approaches that will guide Theatro towards the future.

In addition to the interventions of the new companies recently entered the Network, on stage, we had the honor of hosting the architect Federico Pella, founder of the J+S studio, which shared the added value that Theatro brings to design studies by telling some examples of the relationship established for some time and emphasizing the importance of bringing together a wide variety of companies in a single space.

Theatro is ready to live to the full this 2024.

Casabella Lectures 2024

Cascina Ri-Nascita

Work started on the project “Ri-Nascita”, a new work with a social vocation for Theatro, which is participating in the rebirth of the Cascina Carpana, in the Valle della Vettabbia in Milan that will be redeveloped on the concept of CRA – Carlo Ratti Associati.

The complete redevelopment of an obsolete office building of the late seventies in Milan, carried out by the integration of the skills of Lombardini22 and the Theatro team, was the protagonist of the meeting The ways to build. Site experience: Nervesa 21. On the stage of Theatro the designers Marco Amosso and Enrico Arrighetti, Luca Berdini, senior project manager of the client, Cromwell Property Group, Franco Mialich, managing partner of the project management company MCM S.r.l. shared their vision on the deep-processrefurbishing: a model of urban regeneration in which sustainability is the fundamental prerequisite, a virtuous example of teamwork and continuous research that distinguishes Theatro, as confirmed by the enthusiasm Cristian Tegas, Massimo Bottacchi, project business manager at Schüco and Roberto Galante, international building project manager at AGC.

YOUBUILT: The TOG Centre for children and young people with disabilities opened in Milan.

A few days ago, the new TOG Centre was inaugurated in Milan, an integrated and state-of-the-art technological centre for the specialist and free treatment of children and young people with serious neurological diseases.
The Theatro network has managed and solved the design challenges generated by a facade of such complexity with studies and experiments that have led to the creation of a mock-up of full-scale facade for the evaluation of acoustic performance.
